ORDERING: Send quote sheet or advise quote number & just complete as much as you know on your order form,
or call us direct and we can also start your order process for you and email back for your confirmation.
8. Then we send invoice and submit total via paypal.com or propay.com to enter production once order form is approved,
Due before production since is custom work, then delivery will be direct to your location.
9. We have Shipping to any USA address $TBD UPS ground.
10. We will confirm complete order received with you first via email or telephone. Then once finalized; after Invitation Proof if requested.
11. Invitation Proof is extra and allow more time. Avg 25.00 for all pieces. Will be faxed, mailed or emailed for approval; shows outline of where wording will be.
This is a B&W sheet showing your custom wording in your choice of typestyle, set-up exactly to be printed.
As soon
as
approved and payment submitted by bride or groom, order will be completed in production &
order shipped in about 3-4 days.
12. Delivery
time varies
depending on location of printhouse and the ship to address (average 3-5
days
via UPS).

Any
questions upon receipt of delivery must be addressed within 5 days of
delivery. Free shipping via UPS 2nd Day if
need
re-print
(rare)- guarantee all printing 100% per order submitted. ( Always check your
spelling, once approved, IOL cannot be responsible for errors. The order form
ensures correct & final printing, so if error on print but correct on form will
be free re-print )
